When will the Texas recruiting class become official?

The Longhorns have officially signed two of their top targets in the 2018 class.

Texas is set to officially announce the signing of senior running back Christian McCaffrey on Tuesday.

McCaffey is expected to sign as early as Monday, but he will need to be signed before the Texas-USC game on Nov. 10.

Texas is set as the No. 1 overall prospect in the country and is currently in the Top 25 of 247Sports’ Composite Rankings.

McCaffrey is ranked as the country’s No. 4 running back and is a Heisman finalist and top-10 national player.

His 6.1 yards per carry is the highest in school history and is the third-highest in school and third-best nationally.

McCavins junior offensive lineman Tyler Wilson was the top player in the 2017 class, and the Longhorns signed Wilson to a one-year deal worth $1.6 million.

Texas also announced on Tuesday that junior offensive tackle D’Onta Foreman signed a five-year, $28 million deal with the school.

Foreman is ranked No. 12 nationally in the 247Sports Composite.

Foremans father, quarterback Brian Foreman, is the No 1 quarterback in the nation.
