Razorbacks sign 6 prospects

The Razorbacks signed 6 prospects on Wednesday, including a 6-foot-4, 247-pound offensive lineman from New Jersey.

Quinton Jones (pronounced JOSH-son), a 6’4, 255-pound guard from Camden, N.J., has committed to Arkansas.

He has already committed to Texas A&M, Miami, Michigan, North Carolina and Alabama.

Jones will enroll at Arkansas next week and officially commit on Thursday.

The 6-2, 250-pound Jones was considered the top offensive lineman in the class of 2018.

He is the nephew of former Razorback quarterback Logan Jones, who signed with Alabama this past January.

He committed to Tennessee in January.

The 5-10, 190-pound defensive tackle from New Brunswick, N,J., signed with Arkansas last week.

He will also enroll at Razorback Stadium on July 28 and officially declare on Aug. 3.

Jones was considered one of the top defensive tackles in the 2018 class and will join the team this fall.

He had offers from Tennessee, North Texas, South Carolina, Texas Tech and Texas A & M. Jones, a junior, committed to the Razorbacks during the spring and has a strong relationship with head coach Bret Bielema.

Bielema has been recruiting Jones for a while, and Jones is very comfortable with Biele, according to a person familiar with the situation.

The Razorbacks also signed 6 offensive linemen and a defensive back from Texas A and a wide receiver from California.
